They don't know what wheelchair accessible means. They booked claiming to be wheelchair accessible but all rooms have 5-6 stairs and washroom doors are tight. Super unethical Cleanliness is not good and food is okay nothing great . Washroom smelled. It was a Weekend and last moment could not cancel as had multiple rooms Junior Staff is hard working but management needs to be honest and maintain cleanliness in rooms which is missing.

We stayed at the Luxury cottage room for 2 days in this property. The resort is beautiful with ample open spaces and is situated away from the busy city life amidst the peace. The room that we stayed in was clean, hygienic and spacious with all the modern facilities. The food was great. The property has a swimming pool along with indoor games and a spa as well to enjoy and relax. The staff and the service was good too. I had a really nice stay and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

I book suite with private pool and the cost was 36,000 rs. Totally waste of money and waste of time, they mentioned all the activities like jungle safari and spa, massage etc etc, but they didn’t provide a single activity totally waste of money, nd stars are not matching this property

Worst place to stay. Staff is not cooperative. They doesn't provide you basic things like bathroom accessories, for that you have to make so many calls.Definitely A BIG NO

There are no words to express our happiness for their exemplary work.. which made wedding celebration in January, 2023 of my son Dr. Himadra with Dr. Suman is a lifetime memorable event for our family. We appreciate from bottom off our heart for making the each & every event of marriage at Kaara Anantara Resort, Jimcorbett Ramnagar,UK., a grand success. They have taken care of every guest's need just like their family members. I am overwhelmed with the nature of Mr. Amit, who did its work just like he is organizing the marriage of his family...Beside lots of thanks to Chief Chef of the Resort, who handled the food part very effectively & each meal served in three days of marriage celebration consists of different Cusine shows the art of delicacies.... After attending marriage, we are continuously receiving views of our guests that, in their whole life, this is one of the best marriage celebration and its become possible only because of you...Thanks again & again to Mr. Amit & his team.. of Karra Anantara Resort..😊

Me and my family visited resort early in the morning. We got early check-in without any charge even they did not ask for any charges. Very warm welcoming by staff at reception. We went to room and it was well cleaned and maintained. All the sheets and cover are very firm and very comfortable. Food was very tasty. Room services are very quick. Pool was very clean maintained and love loved it with light music.
